Tracking Bettongs
The Nano Enhanced GPS was introduced in 2018 for a Pygmy Rabbit project in Nevada. Offering improved GPS performance over the Nano GPS and a smaller form factor than the Small GPS, it’s an ideal solution for species like bettongs. This was validated during a full deployment season in South Australia—and we have references available upon request.
Nano Enhanced Collars - The Best Choice
The Nano Enhanced features a compact GPS circuit and battery, and can be built as a fully integrated, one-piece system within the collar. Alternatively, we offer a traditional design where the electronics and battery are epoxied directly onto a smooth, thread-free belt to minimize irritation to the animal’s neck.
